Miguel is one of the most professional people I have met and he has definitely going to be my go to plumber from now on. I just recently bought a home that is a little older so it had some valves leaking which I thought was no big deal. I called my home warranty and they set me up with Reys plumbing (terrible service) and tried to blame my water pressure regulator which would have not been covered under my warranty. My recent home inspection stated my water pressure was fine before the previous plumber told me it was 120psi (which I believed was outrageous). I told them that I would find another plumber and get a second opinion. I found the company Aid Plumbing online and decided to call Miguel due to his high customer reviews, which he deserves for the quality of service he provided. From the phone call to the actual appointment he maintained a professional, knowledgable, and friendly service through the whole process. He squeezed me into his schedule even though it was a Sunday, inspected my valve and lines and determined it leaking was due to age not pressure and even replaced them at a better rate than the previous plumber quoted me. He also taught me how maintain my plumbing such as the water heater to prolong their life expectancy at no extra charge. He also handed me Starbucks gift card for some coffee since I was tired that morning. So long story short Miguel and Aid Plumbing will be the best service you receive hands down.
